Cabernet Sauvignon that has concentrated fruit flavors of dark cherry, toasted oak, black currents and raspberry.
Merlot that has scents of cherries and blueberries.
Pino Noir with black cherries, cranberries and cloves with just a touch of caramel and vanilla.
Petite Sirah that has smooth and rich flavors of warm berry pie, blueberry, vanilla, chocolate and a light pepper spice.
Chardonnay with tropical flavors like guava, apple and passionfruit. This is a medium bodied wine with lots of vanilla bean notes on a lush finish.
Last but not least Pinot Grigio is refreshing with exotic floral notes of green apple, citrus and a light spiciness with a smooth finish.
